Office of Public Works through teamwork and professionalism.
Skip’s
long history of public service spans over nearly three decades. Aside
from his time as County Supervisor and County Public Works Chair, he
has worked for the Saratoga Springs Department of Public Safety, and
was responsible for code enforcement.
